Join us for the 11th annual summit advancing patient-led change in Canadian healthcare. This year, we’re continuing to bring people together to explore the powerful connections between health and social policy, with a strong focus on advancing health data and Connected Care.
A limited number of travel grants are available for patients, caregivers, and patient organization representatives. Applications are now closed. Applicants whose travel grant requests are approved will be contacted by the organizing team to coordinate flight and hotel bookings.

Anchored in living experiences and patient groups’ data, this panel highlights the financial challenges to accessing healthcare, especially for people living in rural and remote regions of Canada. Experts from the Canada Drug Agency, Ottawa Hospital’s Dermatology Program (Nunavut Model), and Cross-Cancer Institute plus Northwest Territories' Health Authority will share the innovative solutions their teams have developped to address this critical barrier to healthcare.
