11th Annual Patients Redefining the Future of Health care in Canada Summit

"Building Canada Strong: Improving Health Outcomes for All”

The 2026 Summit will take place from November 24-26, 2026 at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre , Toronto, and virtually.

Join us for the 11th annual summit advancing patient-led change in Canadian healthcare. This year, we’re continuing to bring people together to explore the powerful connections between health and social policy, with a strong focus on advancing health data and Connected Care.

A limited number of travel grants are available for patients, caregivers, and patient organization representatives. Applicants are asked to fill in the attached form and email to Chantele@saveyourskin.ca. While we aim to support as many participants as possible, grants will be allocated based on availability of funding, timing of application, and to ensure diverse perspectives across regions and conditions.
