The annual Patients Redefining the Future of Health Care in Canada Summit is an initiative led by Save Your Skin Foundation in collaboration with Psoriasis Canada (PsoCan) and an Indigenous volunteer from Kiyasiw Consulting. It provides opportunities for patients, caregivers, patient advocates and representatives from diverse disease and disability groups to come together, alongside the broader healthcare ecosystem, to explore and discuss a shared vision for healthcare and better health outcomes in Canada.
